I had scleritis in both eyes for 6 months and was treated. now one eye seems lower and outward and i'm getting dizzy. could this be from scleritis?

It could be: Scleritis is an inflammatory condition of the sclera - oftentimes it has an auto-immune component and may be part of a systemic condition (which should be screened for). Severe scleritis is an ocular emergency and should be treated as such. Sometimes chronic changes in the orbit may be associated with scleritis and this should be evaluated by an ophthalmologist.
