When i close my eyes and open it i can't see for a couple of seconds. and now i would see cloudy and fell like my eyes role and get dizzy. what is it?

Two possibilities: Two possibilities if you are otherwise healthy are dehydration or fluctuating blood sugars. Try drinking plenty of water (at least 5 glasses a day), drinking 2 glasses of water for every serving of a caffeinated beverage (as it can dehydrate you), and having small meals frequently. If you do not notice a substantial change within a day, see an MD.
