Start by working on: yourself. If U R not in therapy, find a therapist and start figuring out why U R depressed. U may want to consult with a psychiatrist about medication4 depression or work with a psychologist 1st 2 see if the depression lessens w'out medication. In therapy, U can also discuss how 2 respond to your daughter when she is nasty to U or invite her to family sessions to work on your relationship.
