Tea and Stiffness: I have never heard of Tea causing joint or toe stiffness. However, Tea may be full of Tanic Acid, which may affect the electrolyte balance in your body. Further, it contains caffeine, which can dehydrate your body. Dehydration can cause joint pain and stiffness, and can even lead to other metabolic problems, such as Gout, which could definitely cause joint pain and stiffness.
