I had a toe amp: Are you diabetic? Even if not, i hope you are wearing good supportive shoes and special insoles with accommodation for the missing toe. Gentle exercises especially swimming or any water exercise will keep the foot limber and less prone to additional injury due to imbalance in the foot after the amputation .See a good physical therapist.

Physical therapy: Depending on the cause for the stiffness, physical therapy could be beneficial. Some foot and ankle specialists can also provide physical therapy in their office like we do.
