Either: Both walking and biking produce positive cardiovascular changes. The magnitude of this positive effect is based on the intensity, which can be measured by heart rate, and duration. Shoot for 30min of moderately vigorous exercise most days of the week, as recommended by ACSM, ACA. Heart rate target should be 60-85% of estimated max heart rate (start lower and work up over time). Good luck!
