Should be evaluated: Your doctors know you better than I do, & you may not be giving the vital signs accurately, but what you've written is definitely abnormal. Those BPs are significantly elevated & a resting HR that high would also be markedly abnormal, and would certainly warrant further investigation. I'd be worried about hormonal problems particularly, like thyroid or adrenal problems.
