My period started today but i went to rest room a couple hours later it was gone i usually have a five to seven day period should i be worried?

Period tracking.: Too early to tell. It's likely that you'll continue bleeding a little bit later today or tomorrow. Keep a watchful eye on your bleeding pattern. If for some reason you go for the rest of the week w/out bleeding, check a pregnancy test. Sometimes you can skip a period because your ovary doesn't release an egg and that can be normal too, but keep track!
