See doctor: Young man as you should not have BP high unless some medical reason. Ideal is BP < 130/80. Watch sodium hidden in many foods! What is your BMI?? Diet? Exercise? Smoker? Energy drinks? Get clean eating habits, drink water.Goal BMI 25 or less. Eat fresh produce, fish, nuts- non salted. Walk 45 -60 min/ day. And see Doc!
