Body fat: There are a variety of calculators, some put out by the Army/Navy, where you put in height/weight/gender, but they are not very accurate. Why do you want to know? I recommend that you set yourself some goals in terms of fitness, overall health, and try to meet them and not obsess about a number with as little meaning as body fat.
