Think math!: A good approximate to a healthy body weight is by using the body mass index. Roughly speaking for the first 5 feet you would be 100 pounds and for every inch after that add 5 pounds. Ideally you should be weighting 115 lbs. as your height it 5'3". However this could prove inaccurate depending on your muscle mass but this is more of a problem with bodybuilders than with the average person.
