Quite possible: Viruses are very easily spread from one person to the next when it comes to gastroenteritis or "stomach flu." If the symptoms are markedly different than your sick contacts, it's worth seeing a physician - particularly if there is abdominal pain, fever, vomiting, or blood in the stool. Good hand washing techniques are key to avoiding the spread of these type of infections as well as colds/flus.
