Virus, pregnant: Viral syndromes, flu or others, can certainly make you feel tired, sore, and nauseous. Start by treating your symptoms with some tylenol (acetaminophen) or advil, and make sure to drink plenty of fluids. Water and milk usually make the nausea worse, so stick to seltzer, sports drinks, or non-diet soda. See how your symptoms improve or progress over the next day. Call your dr for fever >101, uncontrollable vomitin.
