I have a bruise on my shin and it is turning yellow but still has 2 lumps and hurts to the touch. is it possible to be a blood clot?

No: The bumps you are feeling are most likely the bruise resolving. When you have significant bruising in the skin, you do have some bleeding and the bloood will clot, just like it does for a cut. In the skin, it becomes tender and sore. This will resolve with time. It is not the type of clot that will travel. If you have pain in the calf or feel short of breath, go to the ER.
