Both Could: Both Propranolol and Mirtazapine can cause a fatigued feeling. Mirtazapine causes sleepiness that tends to hold over into the next day for some. Propranolol can cause a psycho-motor depression which can lead one to feel quite fatigued - or it can be mildly fatiguing by itself. I suspect both medications are lending fatigue.
