Wrong question: The interaction is between alcohol and Klonopin. You don't want to combine these. 4 mg is a chunky dose. Best to avoid the beer. Remeron (mirtazapine) and Klonopin both have withdrawal symptoms by the way. I wish the best for you.

Medication should be managed by your Psychiatrist who knows your medical history. If you are not confident with your Psychiatrist please see another for a second opinion. It's a good idea to have a complete physical exam to know if you have a physical illness that is causing anxiety.
