Strong steroid : I am not sure what you have on your hand but the most common cause of blister like lesions on the hand is called dyshidrotic eczema. Rx is 1st to avoid freq. hand washing & caustic exposure, use freq. cream/ointment. Md will give strong topical steroid. May need steroid pills, Coal tar preparations, Phototherapy (ultraviolet light therapy) in bad cases.
