Lactose free!: Foods without lactose, which means milk, some cheeses, yogurt (regular). Lactose intolerance can also occur with foods which have significant milk or milk powder added. Milk whey is lactose free. All cheeses without carbs can be eaten. Remember, lactose is rarely added to food products. Unfortunately, other sugar products are, albeit safe for people with lactose intolerance.
