Job satisfaction of health workers?

It depends.: This depends on the individual. Some people may be more satisfied than others, and so they are happy. Others are never happy, and may need counseling, like with a psychiatrist. Self help and supervised group therapy can also help.

Depends: How good a match is the job to the person's aptitude for the work? How is the person's pay and work hours? Many physician's work very long hours. There are many types of health care workers besides physicians. It is variable.
