What does this mean please?? there is a groundglass opacity seen within left upper lobe of lung. Reffered for another ct of chest in 3months. Should I be worried? The ct was for a thyroid nodule?
I have 9 mm ground glass opacity in rt upper lobe , 6mm part solid nodule in left lower lobe and 3 other nodules about 3mm . These were just found on lung ct . I am very worried as I smoked my whole life , have a twin sister with lung cancer ?
