Pregnancy: Please clarify as to how long your have been pregnant as the question reads like you are 42 days pregnant. Regardless the concerning issues is that you may have an ectopic pregnancy which means the fertilized egg implanted in the ovarian tube and has grown. You need emergency care to make sure this is not happening.

Go to Hospital: If you are 40+ weeks pregnant and in severe pain, you need to go to the labor and delivery unit where you plan to deliver right away. Most hospitals have a triage area where pregnant women can be evaluated for labor. You can expect some discomfort towards the end of pregnancy but excruciating pain needs to be evaluated. There are some worrisome things that can cause it.
