How long can a brown recluse bite go untreated before it causes amputation ? does mild initial symptoms mean less chance of amputation ?

Necrosis: Brown recluse bites cause local tissue necrosis it does not lead to amputation. Takes time for the effect of the toxin to cause tissue damage so suspect you would see little initial symptoms. Don't panic and seek surgical care
