No, except: One could make an argument that you may overuse the good hand and potentially cause arthritis in it. But, if you forced me to pick a yes or no answer, then i go with no.

No it will not: There is no reason for arthritis to develope due to amputation of pinky.Yes you can get arthritis in any joint like anybody else but not related to amputation of pinky.
