Surgical risk: Surgical risk for otherwise healthy adolescent is very low and for basic cases is very low for surgical or anesthesia. More concern is personal anxiety and all will be better but healing will be sore for 2-3 days

Yes: Overall circ will decrease chances of infections, even HIV, cancer; has to be done under anesthesia however; should consult a urologist at that age. Does the teenager want it done even??
