Pneumonia: No chest x-ray? Is child having any difficulty breathing? If the child seems to be getting better might just continue the azithromycin, but apparently medicine is practiced somewhat differently in US than in Albania.

No: Pneumonia in school-aged chidren is often caused by viral agent or mycoplasma pneumoniae. I'll continue PO Azithromycin and add chest physiotherapy.
