How much bone?: if root is strongly supported with healthy gum and bone then save tooth with root canal post and crown if not extract and replace with implant or bridge

Decay: Dental decay is a bacterial infection that can spread to other organ systems. If crown of tooth badly damaged, but root is not damaged and is strongly supported, root canal treatment/crown may be best answer. If root already damaged, extraction/implant/crown may be best route to follow. See your General Dentist for evaluation and appropriate treatment or specialist referral.
