Damaged tooth: You are in as much danger of loosing the tooth from gum/bone disease as you are from excessive wear. You need a Dentist to evaluate the cause of both your inflammation and your abrasion, and to formulate a comprehensive treatment plan. Input from various dental Specialists may be required. The longer you wait, the greater the damage, the more extensive/expensive the repairs. See Dentist now.
