Comorbidity: Fibromyalgia is more common among migraineurs than in the general population. Many questions about migraine and FM pathophysiology remain unanswered, and this explain the difficulty of a therapeutic approach and management.. Both disorders need more research and clinical trials.

Yes: ? link between migraine headaches & fibromyalgia (FM). Many with FM have migraine headaches & I have observed postural changes upper body & head. Slight chronic head tilting induces cervical "crossed-muscle" syndrome (after V. Janda) with asymmetric superior trapezium mass & strength. Unilateral superior trapezius spasm incites sympathetic ipsilateral temporalis muscle spasm; experienced as HA.
