Full ears & flight: First, make sure you do not have the beginnings of a sinus infection. This could make your trip memorable for the wrong reasons. Have allergies? Take your medicine(s) as directed. Finally clarify with your doctor +/- pharmacist that any of the suggested medications do not interfere with others you may be taking. Best- see an ENT for a discrete regimen. Sudafed, saline, afrin, zyrtec, nasonex (mometasone).
