Yes: Adenomyosis is a very very common diagnosis. It's a difficult diagnosis to make without a tissue sample (a biopsy). It typically causes heavy, painful periods and is best managed with hormones and ibuprofen. But, yes, definitely you can have children. Sometimes it's associated with endometriosis which can cause infertility. If you are trying to get pregnant and can't, see a specialist to help
