My memory is really bad - with everything. didn't use to be this bad. what can i do?

Multiple Reasons: A common reason for a 30-40 year old to have memory problems is a job responsibility change - a promotion, new baby. When you're asked to remember much more, you forget the same low % of things but since we dwell on mistakes, we recall the greater # of things we forget. Other reasons incl depression, concussion(s) and some brain diseases. Unless big change fits you, you'll want to see your dr.
