Start by seeing: your doctor. Testing by a neuropsychologist will provide specific areas where you may have challenges and strategies to deal w/them. Peace and good health. This can simply be from stress, fatigue, or a bit of age-associated memory loss. Don't rush to a self-diagnosis of Alzheimer's.
