A member asked:

My memory has gotten really bad and i'm just 25, is it serious?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Many causes: At your age, unless you have experienced head injuries, you may have issues due to an inborn learning disorder, depression, or stress. Also, good idea to check for thyroid and other endocrine issues, and certainly monitor whether alcohol or recreational drugs are playing a role. Some prescription meds may cause memory issues. This can be reversed, see your doctor and proceed.
