Yes: Light bleeding in early pregnancy is very common. Have you actually checked a pregnancy test? I would recommend that if you haven't . A brown discharge could represent the shedding of old blood. If you develop a foul smelling discharge then see your doctor. If you are pregnant and the bleeding continues or gets heavier, then you may be having a miscarriage and you need to see your doctor.
