I am 5 days late and im having a mild cramps and white discharge. i want to have a test but i think its too early. should it be a sign of pregnancy?

No way to know: There's no way to know for sure at this point. If it has been more than 2 weeks since the end of your last period, then you have passed the ovulation phase, & therefore your most fertile period.
