Maybe a problem: A little brown discharge from the vagina at 12 weeks pregnant can be due to the cervix being fragile, recent intercourse, a growth such as a polyp on the cervix. Less likely is an infection on the cervix or a possible miscarriage. An exam by your doctor can let you know what caused the bleeding and if there is a problem.
