Potentially: In one study of 29,557 people who all had side effects from Depakote, 172 (0.58% or about 1 in 200) reported erectile dysfunction. As with many medications, this side effect could be related to dose - that is, the higher the dose, the more likely to have the side effect or the worse the side effect. It is also so that many people have medication side effects at low doses, even very low doses.
