Depends: Must be careful with any changes in anti-arrhythmic medication (i.e., when starting, adjusting or stopping the med). That is not a particularly high dose, but I don't know your condition or why you're on the medication. If you're taking it for AFib, then you might be back in AFib-->stroke risk if not on blood thinners. Or it might be a problem with inadequate rate control. Should see your PCP now.
