Too little info...: When was it done? Why was it originally done? Do you have localized or generalized periodontal disease/breakdown? Basically, many periodontal procedures fail after a period of time (relapse). If you have active periodontal disease, look at PerioProtect.com. It's a non-surgical treatment to significantly reduce the bacteria levels and therefore stabilize & improve your periodontal condition.

Risks of AlloDerm: is a surgical procedure and is not completely risk-free. Like in any other grafting procedures the risks include possible infection, poor healing, excessive bleeding, lack of integration and poor results. There are many benefits to getting AlloDerm gum grafting and they outweigh the risks. Good luck.
