Pediatrician: There is usually a direction for back-up calls for 's emergencies in a pediatricians answering service. If not, you can take your baby to an ER, preferrably in a hospital that has pediatric services. Hope they are better soon.

Supportive care: The temperature is nothing to worry about - it is just a symptom and 101 is not a high fever. As long as child is not vomiting, you are in good shape. Give Pedialyte or store brand equivalent, offer popsicles, sips of water and/or LOW sugar Gatorade products. No dairy products. Easy to digest proteins like peanut butter on toast or scrambled eggs OK as well. Today just need to keep him hydrated!
