Why does big toe nails bleed with out hurting them. must mention age. 66 years old.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Can be hurting them.: Microtrauma can cause the nails to bleed. It also depends on if you are taking a anticoagulant such as aspirin, coumadin, (warfarin) plavix, etc. It appears that your shoes may be causing this problem.
