Uphill battle: Because they are genetically bigger than normal, it may be difficult to achieve desired results. BUT you can try stretching them and lengthening them through yoga, pilates, and basic calf stretches daily. Also avoid frequent walking or running uphill, jumping rope, climbing, or any exercise with most of your weight on your toes. Try more swimming, elliptical workouts, and walking on flat terrain.
