A member asked:

Are there any genetic disorders that cause bow legs?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: The shape (alignment) of your legs are largely determined by your genes. The alignment varies among people, races, and ethnicities. Certain conditions such as blount's disease will cause significant bowing of the legs. If concerned, visit with a physician and obtain some long standing hip to ankle radiographs.
