It can be: Bowed legs can be genetic or developmental.... Older patients with arthritis will also develop bowed legs. The treatment depends on the cause and severity. As a young person, bowed legs will predispose you to develop arthritis at a young age.

Bow legs: At 32 the answer is likely yes. There are some conditions that can be present at birth and some that are aquired and progress. An orthopaedic exam will tell for sure.
