Probably hydrocodone: All opioids have the ability to make people very nauseated and cause vomiting. In addition, all opioids can cause release of histamine from certain cells in blood and tissue (mast cells), and this can also cause itching, flushing, lightheadedness, diarrhea and abdominal cramps. Codeine and morphine cause it a lot, hydrocodone kind of in the middle, oxycodone and fentanyl the least (and heroin).
