will tylenol (acetaminophen) 3 show a trace of hydrocodone?

No: Most urine tests test just for opiates. Codeine and Hydrocodone are both broken down to opiates so they both could be positive on your standard screen. But on confirmatory testing Codeine doesn't become hydrocodone.

Opioids : There is codeine in Tylenol (acetaminophen) #3 and your urine will be positive for opiates. All the best.
