8-9 visits or more: Discounting the daily visits while the baby is in the hospital following birth & leading up to discharge from the hospital, the scheduled visits I have in practice are as follows: 3-5 days after leaving hospital 2 weeks old 4 weeks old 2 months 4 months 6 months 9 months 12 months If there are any other issues, illness, or concerns, more visits are required. You will know your pediatrician well!
