Depends.: It depends on how advance her dementia is. Alzheimer's dementia has mild, moderate and severe stages. During the severe stages, she may be more agitated , un able to do anything for herself so she is a total care and it will be a 24/7 responsibility. It maybe difficult to do this on your own and you will require help in bathing, changing , feeding besides your own needs. you will need help.
