Healthier not faster: make sure you are up to date with your doctor visits. consider a low glycemic diet, daily exercise for 30-60 mins, minimal alcohol consumption. keep stress low with prayer/meditation/exercise. consider seeing a nutritionist. if you starve yourself, then the body will adapt and you will not lose weight. aim to loose 1-2 lbs/week which equates to cutting 500-1000 calories/day.

No such thing ??: With out spoiling your health there is no fast way to loose weight , you have to loose progressively , by consuming less calories, eating good health food with vitamins with all minerals , regular progressive exercises.To get rid of 1 lb of fat you have to burn 3500 cal , now you calculate how many lbs you want to loose and run to the gum right now.
