See your doctor: If you have constant numbness or tingling in your hand, this could be a significant problem. This is usually due to carpal tunnel syndrome which can be treated. Start with a wrist splint that you wear mostly at night. If that does not help check with your doctor. Prolonged pressure on the nerve can cause some permanent damage if it goes on for too long.
